Porsha C.
Front Desk, Merrick
Porsha is our front desk receptionist. She is our first interface with patients and doctors. Porsha answers patients' phone calls, schedules appointments, pre-tests patients' vision, maintains charts, greets patients, and orders all contact lenses. Porsha has been working in the medical field for many years.
Jessica F.
Front Desk, Babylon
Jessica is the friendly face that you see behind the desk at Captree Eye Care. She helps you make appointments, check-in and out, and is responsible for the overall flow of the office. Jessica is eager to help answer questions about your vision insurance or help you order contact lenses. She is a wonderful part of the team!
Janice S.
Billing
Janice is a friendly voice on the other end of the phone. She has been with our office since 2002 with Dr. Scheid and now with Dr. Jaclyn Benzoni.
Through many years of experience with Office Administration, Insurance, Billing, etc, Janice is always available to help and answer all questions of concern for our patients. Her knowledge of all of the different insurances is amazing!
