Jaclyn Benzoni OD, FAAO

Dr. Benzoni received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Richmond graduating Magna Cum Laude. She also received her Masters in Vision Science while in Optometry school. She completed a residency in Primary Care at SUNY Optometry which was affiliated with The Laser Center specializing in refractive surgery, and Woodhull Hospital specializing in advanced ocular disease.

Dr. Benzoni was the President of the student chapters of the American Academy of Optometry, and the President of COVD (College of Optometrists inVision Development). She was also the President of SVOSH, a volunteer organization that traveled to Peru and Honduras to give eye exams to those in need. She was a Beta Sigma Kappa Scholar all four years and received the Chancellor's Award upon graduation. She is distinguished among her colleagues since completing a Fellowship in the American Academy of Optometry, a distinction held by only 10% of all optometrists. Dr. Benzoni is dedicated to patient care and provides comprehensive eye exams including specialized diagnostic testing and pediatrics.

In her spare time, Dr. Benzoni enjoys researching topics in her field, exercising, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and newborn son.
